Die Staatsanwaltschaft Dortmund und das Landeskriminalamt Nordrhein-Westfalen bitten um Ihre Mithilfe! Norman Volker FRANZ hatte wegen Doppelmordes eine lebenslange Freiheitsstrafe zu verbüßen. Am 11.03.1997 gelang ihm die Flucht aus der Justizvollzugsanstalt Hagen. Er ist weiterhin dringend verdächtig, im Anschluss an seine Flucht, am 26.03.1997 in Weimar und am 21.07.1997 in Halle Raubüberfälle begangen und dabei drei Menschen erschossen zu haben. Bis zu seiner Festnahme am 24.10.1998 in Albufeira / Portugal hat er dort zusammen mit seiner Frau und dem gemeinsamen Kind unter dem Namen Carsten Müller beziehungsweise Michael Stuever gelebt. Er war dort in der Immobilienbranche tätig. Seit seiner erneuten Flucht am 28.07.1999 aus dem Zentralgefängnis von Lissabon / Portugal wird nach Norman Volker FRANZ weltweit wegen fünffachen Mordes gesucht.
