Purpose of the site
malandro.io is an editorial project: a public archive that aggregates and ranks the wanted notices published by international and national law-enforcement agencies, with a dossier for each person, listings by agency, country, region, notice type and year, and explanatory articles. Access is free and requires no registration. More about the project in About and Sources.
Terms of use
By browsing this site you agree to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice. In particular, you agree not to: use automated means that degrade the service (mass scraping, denial-of-service attempts, brute-force requests); attempt to access restricted areas or circumvent technical security measures; introduce malicious code; or use the content for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict or block access from addresses that abuse the service.
Intellectual property and sources
The editorial design, layout, source code and original texts of the site belong to the owner. The underlying data (names, charges, photographs and notice details) comes from notices published by the issuing agencies: Interpol, the FBI, Europol, the UK National Crime Agency, the Spanish Policía Nacional and the Guardia Civil. Every record cites and links its source. Malandro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any of these agencies.
If you hold rights over any material published here and believe it is being used incorrectly, write to info@malandro.io identifying the content and we will correct or remove it. Requests about a specific record are described in our takedown and corrections process.
Accuracy and liability
The content is provided for informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and we correct the errors reported to us, but we cannot guarantee that every record is complete or error-free, especially where the source agency has since updated or withdrawn a notice. Malandro is not a law-enforcement agency and does not itself make accusations; every person listed is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Nothing published on this site should be taken as legal, medical, financial or professional advice of any kind.
We are not liable for interruptions, errors or unavailability of the service, nor for damages arising from the use of the information published here.

This site contains links to third-party pages (source agencies, institutional sites, reference material) over whose content we have no control and for which we accept no responsibility.
The site is non-commercial. It carries no advertising and sells nothing.
