He is known to manage a structured criminal network that organizes street-level drug dealing in his home region and generates numerous related criminal activities, including serious assaults as part of gangland criminal violence. Il est réputé à la tête d'un réseau criminel structuré organisant le deal de rue dans sa région d'origine et générant de nombreuses activités criminelles connexes aux trafics, dont des atteintes graves aux personnes dans le cadre de réglements de compte entre malfaiteurs. Il était condamné respectivement à 10 ans et 8 ans d'emprisonnement pour des faits de trafic de stupéfiants et la destruction par incendie d'un bien public.
