A total of 1,835 kg of cocaine, distributed across 92 packages, has been seized. RAZZAQ is considered the world's leading *hawaladar*, the operational and intellectual leader of the socalled "Dubai Bank", occupying the most dominant and significant position within the organization; he exercises direct control over operational funds, receives direct information regarding all transactions, and oversees them personally.It has been established that he employs a network of associates or collaborators who facilitate his international operations. They are considered directly responsible for executing the financial operations that enabled the launch and management of the shipment seized aboard the vessel *Nehir*. Furthermore, he not only provides financial services but also enables the concealment of illicitly obtained funds through the *hawala* method or the management of cryptoassets, thereby hindering identification and traceability.
