ABEL ELIAS ACOSTA

Abel Elias Acosta is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of several individuals in Garland, Texas. On December 26, 2021, three juveniles, ages 14, 16, and 17, were shot multiple times and killed in a convenience store, and a fourth was shot and wounded. Acosta was subsequently identified as the alleged shooter. On December 17, 2025, the 304th District Court of Dallas County, Texas, issued an arrest warrant for Acosta after he was charged with Capital Murder of Multiple Persons and Murder. On January 26, 2026, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Acosta in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas, Texas, after he was charged with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.
