Daniel Jones is wanted for his alleged involvement in the distribution and possession with intent to contribute controlled substances, as well as using and carrying firearms, in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City, from 2022 through 2025. On December 12, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Jones in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, New York, New York, after he was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substances, and Using and Carrying a Firearm During and in Relation to, or Possessing a Firearm in Furtherance of, a Drug Trafficking Crime, and Aiding and Abetting.
