Trung Duc Lu
Trung Duc Lu, a Vietnamese national, is one of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives (notice published in 2020). He is wanted in connection with charges that include murder, drug trafficking, organised crime and kidnapping. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Trung Duc Lu.
He is described as 1.7 m tall, weighing about 64 kg, with brown eyes and black hair. Distinguishing marks noted by the agency: Lu has numerous tattoos including a dragon in the center of his back with the words “Asian Pride” in large script above it, and an unknown tattoo over his left pectoral. Both of his upper arms are heavily tattooed including a dragon and claw design and a tiger. Born on 1 October 1980 in Vietnam, he would now be 46.

Case details, as published by FBI
Trung Duc Lu is wanted in connection with the August 2014 torture, kidnapping, and murder of two Vietnamese brothers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A third male was also tortured and kidnapped, but managed to survive the attack. On July 10, 2019, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Lu in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, after he was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping; Kidnapping (3 Counts); Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering; Conspiracy to Collect an Extension of Credit by Extortionate Means; Collection of an Extension of Credit by Extortionate Means; Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana; and Aiding and Abetting.
